Synergy Request Form

Use this form to propose a new synergy, suggest changes to an existing one, or request the removal of a synergy from the project mapping. Your request will be forwarded to the relevant Spoke Leader for review.

Select whether you want to propose a new synergy, modify an existing one, or request its removal.
Involved Spokes
Please indicate which two spokes are involved in the synergy.
List all partners involved in the synergy, including those from your own Spoke and from the target Spoke. Use acronyms (e.g. POLIMI, GSSI, INAF) and separate them with commas.
Indicate the Work Package within your Spoke from which the synergy originates (e.g. WP2.2).
Specify the Task within the selected Work Package (e.g. Task 2.2.1).
Indicate the Work Package of the target Spoke involved in the synergy (e.g. WP3.1).
Specify the Task of the target Spoke (e.g. Task 3.1.2). Leave blank if not yet defined.
